Incentive Scheme Development and Review

Short (STI’s) and Long-Term Incentive schemes (LTI’s) are typically used to reward and retain certain categories of staff, and/or superior performers.  Incentives are a key element of the Emergence Total Rewards Model.

The developed / reviewed scheme for both STI’s and LTI’s will:

• Be developed in accordance with the specific environment and market in which the organisation is required to be competitive;
• Meet operational requirements;
• Reward staff for defined performance deliverables;
• Ensure that high performing individuals are recognised and rewarded appropriately;
• Ensure that the organisation is viewed in the market as an attractive and competitive employer;
• Have appropriate buy-in from relevant stakeholders; and
• Link to the strategic direction and business objectives of the organisation.
